Diwali Detox Meal. Quick, tasty
, and oh-so-satisfying!!
If you're looking for low carb meals to combat Diwali weight gain, I've got you covered! How about trying easy-peasy and crunchy lettuce wraps? They're a great way to enjoy a tasty and healthy meal without the guilt.

Ingredients:
Iceberg Lettuce Leaves
Paneer/Tofu
Veggies (I have used cucumbers, tomatoes, onions & olives. You can use any veggies of your choice)
Seasonings: Oregano, Mixed Herbs, Salt & Pepper as per taste.
Instructions:
1. To assemble the lettuce wraps, take a big lettuce leaf and make a slit in the middle.
2. Then add paneer, then sprinkle seasonings and then sliced cucumbers and sprinkle the seasonings and repeat the process.
3. Then fold it once, fold it a second time and fold it a third time.
Voilaaa, it’s ready!! You can eat this on its own or you can try with a dip like hummus.
Serve this cottage cheese lettuce wraps as a light and flavorful meal or appetizer.
